The plot is confusing me I might read the novel

In the novel Yi'er loses their first baby because of the bleeding, so I assume that happened here too, but they changed it by making Yi'er amnesiac. So now he doesn't even know he was pregnant so no one has mentioned it either. Probably they will never tell him atp and just will get pregnant again. I do hope so because their kid is a whole mischievous cutie patootie in the novel and I'm curious of how they will draw him in the manhua (づ￣ ³￣)づ

This story went overboard, it feels like they are rushing it's ending (finally?), but everything is going nowhere and everywhere at the same time so fast I'm getting whiplashed.
Maybe it's only my opinion but it's starts to feel like a task to read this, it's dragging on... Like they don't want to let it end
