I might be wrong but this is what I think is going on:

Delysia is a fallen actor because of an injury she received on accident. By chance, she meets Vincent (Vin)(Jin) who was shot(?) by his gay evil half-brother Joseph (Joe).

Vin and Joe are from a rich influential family called the Lawrence-s. Uu is Vin's real brother but because of something? he is regarded as a disgrace (and maybe disowned?)

Right now they are competing to see who's company gains the most money (within a time limit of idk). Recently, Joe's lover was trying to sabotage Vin's company. I don't know what the prize for winning would be but I think it said somewhere that Vin would take this opportunity to leave the Lawrences with Uu.
